On 4th November 2009 Harlequin Hotels & Resorts signed a contract with leading international spa brand, ESPA, for them to design and operate the spas in each of its resorts.

ESPA’s team will work with Harlequin to create a unique spa concept and menu of treatments that will be perfectly suited to the resorts.World renowned architects and designers will design the spa environment and ESPA’s expert team will design and conduct training programmes for the spa staff and ensure that the spa is operated to their 5 star quality standards ongoing. The first spa will be created at Buccament Bay.

ESPA has created award-winning spas in some of the world’s most luxurious resorts – The Ritz Carlton in Moscow, Ireland & Tokyo, BVLGARI Hotel & Spa, One & Only Reethi Raj in the Maldives, The Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, The Peninsula in Tokyo, Mandarin Oriental in London.
