We are pleased to announce that we are the main sponsor of Port Vale Football Club.

Dave Ames (Harlequin Property) said it was Vale’s community ethos which attracted him to the club and clinched the sponsorship.

“When we visited the club it was clear they shared the same community aspirations and values as our company” said Dave Ames. “When we develop our resorts around the World we make a commitment to invest in the local community and be involved. We have helped to build roads and hospital facilities on islands in the Caribbean where we have developments. We take a long term view on business and we are looking forward to a successful long-term relationship with Port Vale FC.”

Further to our sponsorship of the club, Harlequin was invited to the House of Commons on 16th July 2008, by the MP for Stoke-on-Trent North, Joan Walley.

Port Vale FC are currently in League Two and are hoping to push for promotion this season.
